Opening Speach: For a while, citizens and above have been able to use the /skull command to get player heads to use for decorations. However, this does not enable them to get custom textured heads of which there are infinitely more and do not have to be updated if the player changes their skin. The implementation of this plugin will allow citizens to receive custom textured heads without having to ask an opped player.

Opening Speach: Over the past few weeks, there have been multiple incidents were nsfw content has been posted on Wolvhaven platforms. This is extremely inappropriate for Wolvhaven’s demographics. This bill aims to punish those who post nsfw content on our platforms.
