  1. Bill Name: Gardellia Claims Hierarchy Bill
    Bill Link: https://docs.google.com/document/d/11RwKWAQ4h-ZhzhX2w2uHJbvsmeMSaZFJ7uelc_hqpDM/edit?usp=sharing
Opening Speech: Thank you, Mr Speaker. This bill seeks to incentivize the development of Gardellian claims by affording privileges to those claims that display consistent effort and quality. As your claim expands and increases in quality, the privileges you gain will also increase. This bill also seeks to provide a way for Gardellians to make money off their claims by ranking up and will seek to close the gap between survival and creative players.

  2. Bill Name: Gardellia Alliances (Alliance Borders) Bill
    Bill Link: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ED1cn48FPwL9E9Abps3s9VisEUlXN9wvBnpcT-W6LqY/edit?usp=sharing
Opening Speech: Thank you, Mr Speaker. This bill aims to replace the current system for authorised infrastructure construction by Alliances on Gardellia with a new system that relys on an alliance border rather than the distance between member claims. This means that alliances will be able to build better infrastructure more quickly without the need for staff to authorise it’s construction.

  3. Bill Name: Public Driving Practice Track Bill
    Bill Link: https://docs.google.com/document/d/11zhfEWq1ozGQewqGD3M6fXq_TzrY53XS7qKGOTDobiE/edit?usp=sharing
Opening Speech: Thank you, Mr Speaker. This bill aims to allow anyone who meets the criteria in the bill to access the Driving Practice Track without a staff member or train examiner. I believe this will encourage more people to become a train driver, as they can try the driving for a few minutes on the track without having to be with a Train Examiner or Staff Member.

  4. MOTION TO BE TABLED: To move that Parliament adopt a new bill numbering standard from 2020

Motion Description/Opening Speech: Mr Speaker, The current bill numbering process is confusing and not very straight-forward, consisting of multiple numbers and factors such as the year, the quarter the bill was tabled in and the time it was tabled in chronological order. I would like to propose that Parliament change the way this is numbered whereby from 2020, bills will be labeled as Bill 1 of 2020 (or 2020-1), Bill 2 of 2020 (2020-2) and so forth. Passed acts of Parliament, will become Act 1 of 2020, so on and so forth. This change will make the administrative task of parliament easier. I therefore, beg to move that parliament adopt a new bill numbering system from 2020.
